2. Do you provide a website hosting service?

Monthly subscription price already includes hosting service cost. With the lifetime license you should additionally order a hosting service. You could order hosting service from a third-party company or buy a professional hosting service from our company. The minimum package costs $99 per month. You can check more powerful hardware configuration on hosting specs page.

3. Can I modify the website look?

Some minor things like logo, color theme, texting could be managed using the admin backend. The more complex things could be managed through modifying templates.

By default we provide the webcam site software with several templates. All the default templates will be installed on your website so you could choose the preferable website appearance later. If you would like your website to have a unique design we offer several options for that purpose.

Premium templates — you can order one of our premium templates for $1499. Delivery time is 1 week.
Graphic design — we offer development of personal templates based on your suggestions for $999. The graphic design integration into a template costs $1999. Delivery time is 2 months.
Your own graphic design — you can provide us with your own graphic design mockups and we will prepare a website template based on that. Cost and delivery time can be discussed by request.

4. Do I have access to the source code?

Buying the software with any license you get access to the source code of the website template files. These templates could be adjusted programmatically according to your needs by yourself, third-party developers, or with the assistance of our development team.

By accessing the source code you could do any minor layout changes or new features developments.

5. Do you provide technical support after the purchase?

Within the lifetime license we provide a first-year free support program. The following years’ support costs $495 annually, so you don’t have to pay for it each month. This work includes troubleshooting, bug fixing, help with the system configuration and answering your questions. The monthly $395 subscription includes technical support fee. That means that you do not have to pay for technical support besides the subscription cost.

6. Can I install software on my own server?

Yes, you can install software on a server provided by a third party hosting provider. The server must have CentOS 7 Linux server installed. Licensing of the software on your own dedicated server costs $1000 extra. It is possible to install the software on a third party server having lifetime license. The monthly subscription is not allowed to be used on a third party server.
